Return policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your product from your home to the webshop are at your expense. These costs are approximately £6.25 per package. Please consult your carrier's website for exact prices.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the product, with all accompanying accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging, to the seller. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@toys-sprout.com. We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your return shipment, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition.
